Trial Vacation Terms and Conditions: Offer good for one stay at a Club Property for five (5) consecutive nights with a check-out date on or before December 18, 2022 for $9,975. Vacation must be reserved on or before June 30, 2022 to be eligible for offer. Reservations subject to terms and conditions of the Exclusive Resorts occupancy agreement, including without limitation maximum occupancy restrictions. Properties may only be reserved within 90 days of the desired check-out date. Reservations for specific dates, residences and destinations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to black-out periods (including but not limited to the seven-day periods surrounding holiday weeks designated by the Club). Eligible destinations and black-out periods subject to change from time to time. Rate includes accommodations and certain services only. Air and ground transportation to and from destination and all other expenses, including but not limited to meals and drinks, phone calls, government fees, transfers, insurance, and any taxes and optional activities such as spa treatments, golf and private chef experience are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Certain services, amenities and other services may require additional fees, may have limited availability, and are subject to additional terms and conditions.
Membership Terms and Conditions: Offer available only to purchasers of memberships with a minimum 10-year term. Other Membership Plans are available, including Membership Plans with refundable Membership deposits. Eligible purchasers will receive a 10% discount on then-current list price for the Membership Fee for their membership. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Membership purchase must be completed on or before June 30, 2022 to be eligible for offer. Membership purchase complete when all documents and funds are received. Members who previously purchased a trial vacation will receive a credit for the trial vacation cost paid to the Club. Club membership is subject to terms and conditions of Club Membership Agreement. Different terms and conditions apply to different purchases. Reservations for specific days, destinations, experiences, and events subject to availability. Experience Collection vacations, certain destinations, certain services, amenities, and other Member benefits may require additional fees, may have limited availability and are subject to additional terms and conditions.
