Introducing the Curated Case by Yours Truly, Wine

Ciao! My name is Amy Martino Phinny, and I am the Founder + Tastemaker of Yours Truly, Wine. We're thrilled to be Exclusive Resorts’ Preferred Italian Wine Importer. I wanted to share with you a little bit about myself and our new Curated Case, exclusively (no pun intended!) curated for Exclusive Resorts Members so you can enjoy a luxury wine experience from home.

After living in Como, Italy, for many years, I returned to America to open Italian clothing boutiques and an authentic Italian trattoria. A chef by nature and entrepreneur by trade, I have worked as a sommelier and restaurateur for over 20 years. After tasting my way through Italy’s iconic wine regions and meeting the wonderful families that make these special bottles, I decided to start an importing company. In genuine Italian hospitality, our wineries welcomed me with open arms, and I began working with them closely to craft a diverse and delicious collection of wines that represents everything I love most about Italian wine: family-owned, organic, sustainably farmed, undiscovered, and limited production wines loaded with personality and natural flavor. In addition, we are the ONLY U.S. importer of this incredible wine. When not speeding through the Italian countryside, I live in Palm Springs, California, with my husband, Stephen, and our two golden retrievers, George and Charlie.

Now, let’s talk about the important stuff—we're thrilled to introduce the Exclusive Resorts Curated Case. This special case was created specifically with Exclusive Resorts Members in mind, featuring an array of gorgeous organic wines only found in the U.S. from Yours Truly, Wine. From mouth-watering bubbles to unique whites and luscious reds, I know you will enjoy each vintage sip by sip.

One of my greatest passions is cooking. Here are a few of my favorite recipes with wine pairings from the Curated Case:

• The 2017 Valente Millesimato Montonico Brut pairs beautifully with this classic Italian antipasto (and probably the easiest dish you will ever make), Prosciutto e Melone
  
• Don't be fooled, this Caesar Dressing is not your "average" dressing, but a household staple. If you're in the mood for a white, pair it with the 2017 Centanni Falerio D.O.C. Otherwise, go for the 2013 Madrevite Che Syrah Sara I.G.T if you're craving a red.
  
• The 2013 Scopeto del Cavalli Brunello Di Montalcino D.O.C.G. is a very special bottle to me—we have only 30 bottles left in the United States. Lucky recipients should save this bottle for a special occasion or of course, the upcoming holidays. My White Truffle Pasta is decadent and simple, and makes an absolutely delicious pairing with this rare find.
