Terms and Conditions

Information current as of 03.22.2024. Club membership is subject to terms and conditions of Club Membership Agreement. Different terms and conditions apply to different purchases. Offer for donation to SickKids Foundation available to purchasers of Club memberships with a minimum 10-year term. Membership purchase must be completed (i.e., all documents and funds received) on or before September 30, 2024 to be eligible for offer. Vacation will consist of one stay of seven (7) consecutive nights in an Exclusive Resorts residence at either the Club’s Peninsula Papagayo, Cost Rica destination or the Club’s Real del Mar, Mexico destination for an individual (23 years of age or older) and his/her guests. Vacation is not transferable and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Exclusive Resorts occupancy agreement, including without limitation maximum occupancy restrictions. Travel must be booked within 90 days of check-out. Travel must occur within one year of the event and will be forfeited if not completed by that date. Eligible destinations subject to change. Reservations for specific dates, residences and destinations are subject to availability. Additional nights may be available. Blackout dates apply (including but not limited to the seven-day periods surrounding holiday weeks designated by the Club). Air and ground transportation to and from destination and all other expenses, including but not limited to meals and drinks, phone calls, government fees, transfers, insurance, any taxes and optional activities such as golf or spa treatments are the sole responsibility of traveler. Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, which are permitted subject to the Club’s Pet and Animal Policy.
