In 2024, The Club expanded its portfolio with more than 30 new residences ranging from seven-bedroom homes to luxury hotel suites, in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, including St. Barts, Napa Valley, Charleston, the Hamptons, and four villas at the award-winning Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya. The Club’s proven expertise in acquiring and managing high-value real estate with above-market appreciation extends across its global portfolio, with notable properties in Vail, Tuscany, the Kohala Coast and Costa Rica. From Real Estate to Rare Experiences
Building on this momentum, The Club’s Once-in-a-Lifetime Journeys grew to 26 custom-curated itineraries in 2024 — from expeditions to the Arctic to private Ferrari drives through Tuscany. With demand at an all-time high, the program will expand by 20% in 2026. In 2024, Exclusive Resorts also hosted over 60 Members-only events, ranging from a private evening at The French Laundry hosted by Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller to an adrenaline-fueled track day at Monticello Motor Club. Recognizing that Member families spend over $100 million annually on travel beyond their Exclusive Resorts membership, The Club also launched The Travel Desk in 2024, in partnership with Internova’s Global Travel Collection. In just six months, The Travel Desk has assisted more than 1,000 Members with bespoke global experiences.
