As such, a pre-dinner martini or post-meal nightcap celebrates pura vida—aka, the good life. And take note: You may just spy resident bartending monkey, Poncho (right), peeking behind a bottle of your favorite spirit.

Your Sneaky Mom
Inspired by: Robinson Family
Ingredients: Rum, fresh pineapple, mint leaves, simple syrup, and lemonade
Glassware: Tulipan Glass
Shaken + Stirred: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and mix. Strain the liquid into a glass. Garnish with a rosemary stick and a splash of local rum.
Green Eyes
Inspired by: Barefoot Family
Ingredients: Guaro Cacique, Midori liqueur, mint leaves, gum syrup, and lime
Glassware: Martini Glass
Shaken + Stirred: In a shaker, combine all ingredients then add ice and mix. Strain the ingredients into a martini glass.
The Don
Inspired by: DeCarlo Family
Ingredients: Espresso, Grey Goose vodka, and Kahlua liqueur
Glassware: Martini Glass
Shaken + Stirred: In a shaker, combine all ingredients then add ice and mix. Strain and pour all ingredients into the glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

Ingredients: Captain Morgan rum, Malibu rum, passion fruit, orange juice
Glassware: Collins Glass
Shaken + Stirred: Place all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and mix. Strain and pour all ingredients into the glass. Garnish with two orange slices and a splash of rum.
