Exclusive Resorts’ tradition of scouting Club-worthy, family-inspired vacation homes began with a flagship development in Los Cabos, Mexico. Why? For starters, location. Nestled along a stretch of sand coveted by international travelers, Los Cabos’ Las Conchas residences embrace The Club’s philosophy, which is defined by home-away-from-home residences celebrating a unique sense of place while also allowing Members to foster unforgettable memories and experiences. Today, Exclusive Resorts has 300-plus residences in more than 75 destinations worldwide, and as The Club’s team of real estate experts continually searches for additions to the Residence Collection, the underlying qualifiers are many, yet the goal remains simple: Which homes have the makings for life-changing moments?
As such, each Club residence is qualified by a chameleon-like personality. They must become a quintessential host to milestone memories, including weddings, anniversaries, and special birthdays. Beach
PENINSULA PAPAGAYO, COSTA RICA
A Club flagship destination, Peninsula Papagayo features 17 residences tucked within 30 acres of lush jungle on the south side of the peninsula. The private gated community is home to the nearby Four Seasons Costa Rica and Andaz Peninsula Papagayo. Developed in 2004, the Club’s four-bedroom luxury homes each feature a private plunge pool and large wrap-around porch. What’s more, all were designed specifically with Members in mind, with expansive indoor-outdoor gathering spaces, chef-grade kitchens, and access to Exclusive Resorts’ Poro Poro Clubhouse, just a short golf cart ride away.
The Young Family
Papagayo vacation homes have all the bells and whistles for families on the go, with plenty of space for both privacy and communal living. And though it’s easy to laze away the days spotting howler monkeys from your private patio, family adventure is always on tap. Via the Life Force Wellness program, treat yourself to a full Wellness Day at Papagayo, which includes a healthy itinerary of yoga, body work, and gourmet dining. What to expect? In total, Exclusive Resorts offers 20 two-bedroom apartments or suites in three distinctive locations in Manhattan. Members will find 14 luxury apartments at Park Avenue Place in Midtown East, located in a private residential building.
