Members-Only Access

At Exclusive Resorts, we own the majority of our global Portfolio, allowing us to ensure every detail in every residence—from a well-appointed kitchen and spacious communal areas to high-thread-count sheets and locally designed artwork—is up to our standard of excellence. All of our vacation homes are shared privately within The Club amongst Members, an affluent group of like-minded travelers. We are intentional with our growth model, maintaining limited Membership to protect the integrity of our residences.

And, as we often own multiple homes in private enclaves and gated communities, you can rest easy knowing many of your neighbors are fellow Exclusive Resorts Members as well.

Travel can often be unpredictable. From weather to global pandemics, changes can often impact our travel plans quite suddenly. Value & Predictable Pricing

When booking with traditional luxury villa rentals, you often have to take extra time to add up hidden fees, cleaning fees, and deposits to find your trip costs. But with Exclusive Resorts, our predictable pricing ensures you never have to worry about hidden fees or go chasing down security deposits ever again.

Seasonal peak pricing for holidays and prime time aren’t part of our Membership structure. Instead, pay a fixed Annual Dues amount no matter when you travel. Club Members regularly see the greatest value over the holidays, when a three- or four-bedroom villa may cost three or four times more than a vacation in a comparable Exclusive Resorts residence. Plus, you’ll enjoy all the additional benefits and services available only to Members on every Club vacation. With Exclusive Resorts, there are no surprises (besides a bottle of champagne on anniversaries and a cake for birthdays!). Pre-trip planning, dedicated Concierge service, and cleaning is all included in your predictable Annual Dues.
