Now, you can celebrate Dad with these classic summery sips—with a twist—complete with pro bartender tips from Asia herself.
Here’s what’s shakin’!
1.5 oz Amaretto
1.5 oz Scotch
Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions: Pour all ingredients over ice in a lowball glass.
Pro Tip: Pour over a large ice sphere or cube for an elegant touch.
2 oz Cognac
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Triple Sec
½ oz Maple Syrup
Orange twist for garnish
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve in a coupe glass.
Pro Tip: While a sidecar is traditionally served with a sugar rim or simple syrup to balance the acidity of the lemon, we recommend swapping it out for a touch of maple syrup instead.
1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Orange peel for garnish
Instructions: Add ice to a rocks glass and add in the gin, vermouth, and Campari. Give it a stir, garnish with an orange peel, and serve.
Pro Tip: Flame your orange peel and circle the rim to add an aromatic to your beverage experience.
1 oz Peach Moonshine (or peach vodka)
1.5 oz Tequila
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Triple Sec
Peach slice and/or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve in a Collins glass with fresh ice.
Pro Tip: Slap your herbs before serving in order to release the aroma.
