A Tropical Toast to the Joy of Travel
Exclusive Resorts said “cheers!” to the joy of travel with a tropical-themed event in Montecito, California.
On a beautiful night in September, Exclusive Resorts in partnership with Sentient Jet, Château d'Esclans, and Don Julio, toasted the joy of travel at a tropical-themed event with 50 of their closest friends at Ashley and Scott Harcourt’s private residence in Montecito, California.
Host Rachel Regan, Senior Vice President of Sales for Exclusive Resorts, welcomed guests with a brief overview of The Club, sharing why membership-style travel — with its focus on privacy, safety, and service — is gaining popularity within ultra-affluent families seeking a safe sanctuary during the pandemic.
During the tropical nights-themed event, attendees donned island chic attire for an evening of revelry. Along with learning more about The Club’s Members-only portfolio of luxury residences and vacation experiences, the party grooved to live music from The Chillpoint Band, sipped on custom cocktails featuring the new limited edition Tequila Don Julio Primavera, and danced under the stars.
The Cookery Catering’s Katie Teall served up delicious island-themed fare highlighting tropical ingredients — coconut fried shrimp, spring rolls, teriyaki chicken skewers, fresh fish tacos, and a chocolate mousse with passionfruit cream. Guests also sampled Johnnie Walker Blue Label, an exquisite combination of Scotland’s rarest and most exceptional whiskies.
Along with the sips, bites, and tunes, guests got “travel-ready” as an on-site calligrapher personalized their new vegan leather passport holders from Exclusive Resorts.
