What To Do

Day 1

7 a.m. | Start off your first day bright and early — it’s time to explore! But first, coffee. Stop by Buzz in Montage for tall coffees and to-go treats to fuel your day. Pack artisanal sandwiches in your backpack for mid-hike fuel.

10 a.m. | Step off your back patio and take the Mid-Mountain Trail to Silver Lake Village. Stein Eriksen Lodge. Reward yourself with your picnic lunch you packed from Buzz’s and browse the Bjorn Stova Boutique at Stein Eriksen Lodge before making your way back on this trek with moderate climbs.

7 p.m. | Exhausted from a day of adventure? Dine in-residence with a local private chef from Riverhorse, a Club Member favorite. Or, order dinner to arrive fully prepared right when you want it.

Day 2

9 a.m. | Fly fishing with All Seasons Adventures in the world-class Provo and Weber rivers close to your vacation residence is a wonderful way to unplug in some spectacular scenery. Even novice anglers will enjoy a day at the river. Or, rent a pontoon boat at Jordanelle State Park and enjoy a picnic on the water. Book early—boat reservations fill up fast.

5 p.m. | Happy hour is served. Try a whisky flight at High West Saloon or enjoy a carefully curated cocktail and spirits menu followed by happy hour bites at Nickel Bar, located on the lower level of Firewood Restaurant.

8 p.m. | Leave the kids at home for an intimate date night at the romantic Goldener Hirsch Restaurant, one of Deer Valley’s premier restaurants located in Silver Lake Village. Goldener Hirsch offers unique contemporary cuisine paired with divine selections from its extensive wine cellar.
