Fifteen Members synced their mind, body, and spirit at the award-winning Miraval Arizona in Tucson’s Sonoran Desert, ringing in the New Year relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. Gina Bach, VP of the Club’s Experience Collection, played host for the December 2020 three-day retreat, kicking it off with a hands-on cocktail making class and gourmet fare. The rest of the “Best of Miraval” weekend’s itinerary was a sampling of Miraval-favorite activities and workshops, all included and pre-scheduled—yet plenty of time for relaxing and spa treatments remained, of course! Members had the opportunity to participate in the It’s Not About the Horse equine therapy workshop, sampled local honey and learned about bees with on-site beekeeper Noel, and found peace during a crystal sound bath and floating meditation. Wellness treatments at Miraval’s famed The Life in Balance Spa rounded out the mind- and body-nourishing experience.
