JOB SUMMARY:

Exclusive Resorts is seeking a Technical Support Intern to join our Engineering Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch a career in Engineering or Information Technology.

As a Technical Support Intern, you will provide hands-on assistance to employees across the organization, helping to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues. In addition to technical support, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Knowledge of Windows Operating systems (Windows 11)

· Knowledge of Mac OSX and iOS software and devices

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (M365)

· Microsoft Active Directory (basic)

· Ticketing system (basic)

· Daily operations and support of all user laptops, printers, monitors & other equipment

· Document and monitor request and incident tickets

· Receive and quickly respond to internal help desk ticketing system

· Ability to troubleshoot network, network connectivity, and computer problems

· Excellent documentation skills

· Be willing to accept after-hours/on-call rotational responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Junior or senior working towards a Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology field from an accredited four-year college program, or a recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology field. Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during the summer months and 20 hours per week during the school year.

Certifications like CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ would be a plus for this role.
