Intern, Sales Research
Exclusive Resorts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Research Intern to support our Sales Team by conducting in-depth research on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury sales operations, data analysis, and lead optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Schedule: 20 hours/week, 12 weeks to start with option to extend
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on MQLs to enhance lead quality and sales conversion potential.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Sales Operations to identify key data points that inform lead prioritization.
- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to clean, organize, and analyze lead data, reports, and dashboards.
- Leverage LinkedIn, social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot) to extract insights and improve lead research.
- Support the creation and execution of targeted eBlasts and other outbound sales communications.
Qualifications
- Junior/Senior undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Interest in Generative AI and its applications in sales and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
