Exclusive Resorts is looking for a Graphic Designer to help define the visual language of Exclusive Resorts, onefinestay, and the family of brands under the Exclusive Investments umbrella. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand & Creative, this role blends hands-on design, digital innovation, and brand leadership to deliver work that turns heads and drives results. This isn’t just about making things look beautiful—it’s about creating visual experiences that inspire, engage, and convert.

What You’ll Do

  • Design across a portfolio. Create campaigns and assets for Exclusive Resorts, onefinestay, and our other premium brands—digital, print, social, experiential, you name it.
  • Shape digital experiences. Collaborate with the digital and engineering teams to design seamless, on-brand customer journeys.
  • Fuel personalized marketing. Partner with the lifecycle team to design creative for dynamic campaigns inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
  • Own the look and feel. Guard and evolve each brand’s visual identity while ensuring creative consistency across channels.
  • Elevate campaigns. Design Member communications, landing pages, social content, presentations, branded swag, and everything in between.
  • Collaborate to innovate. Work closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to produce cohesive campaigns that connect across platforms and audiences.
  • Push creative forward. Stay plugged into emerging trends in luxury branding, design systems, and digital experiences to keep our portfolio aspirational and ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • Proven design experience. 3+ years in graphic design, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands; multi-brand or agency experience is a big plus.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Motion graphics skills (After Effects & Premier) are a bonus.
  • UI/UX understanding. You know how to design interfaces and user flows that are intuitive, elegant, and effective.
  • Marketing ecosystem fluency. Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze is a plus.
  • Multi-brand agility. Ability to shift seamlessly between visual styles while maintaining consistently high creative standards.
  • Strategic thinking. You understand the role of design in driving brand perception, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborative energy. You thrive on feedback, work seamlessly across teams, and stay calm when deadlines collide.
