NEW PROPERTIES 

Hotel de La Ville   | Rome, Italy   

The Stay: The Club's two junior suites are now available to Members as a seasonal pop-up. Situated in a stunning 18th-century palazzo, the design reflects the elegance of the Eternal City with contemporary updates and art-forward accents.  

Known For: A confluence of classical romance and modern cool, this is Rome’s most exciting new arrival. Expect city views, decadent cuisine from Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, a rooftop bar, and a Sicilian-inspired spa.  

Don’t Miss: After taking in Rome’s ancient ruins, meander over to the famed Villa Borghese gardens (just a short walk from the hotel), where brilliant flowers and ancient sculptures provide a serene oasis in the heart of the bustling city.   

 Rosewood Mayakoba   | Riviera Maya, Mexico   

The Stay: This oceanfront retreat graces a 620-acre Mayakoba enclave just north of Playa del Carmen. Four-bedroom residences feature all-new construction, private pools, hot tubs, ample outdoor living space, plus regionally inspired amenities like local chocolate.

The Stay: Four new residences showcase the distinct character of Charleston, South Carolina.  

Known For: Built in 1872 by prominent architect Henry Devereux, the historic building is situated at the bustling corner of Wentworth and King Streets. Featuring soaring arched windows and exposed antique brick, the stylish three-bedroom residences blend modern luxury with timeless appeal for an experience that’s as remarkable as the city itself.   

Don’t Miss: A contemporary thread of culture and creativity is weaving its way through the Southern city, evident in world-class restaurants, luxury boutiques, and a dynamic art scene. New to The Club, 71 Wentworth is a beautiful example of Charleston’s idiosyncratic blend.  

Hampton Bays | New York, NY 

The Stay: Four new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Boathouse residences celebrate coastal living, offering an idyllic retreat near Ponquogue Beach. Enjoy the luxury of multiple private decks and indelible views of the Shinnecock Canal.  

Known For: Showcasing the best of New York’s Long Island, relax on sandy beaches, enjoy plenty of water sports, and take part in a festive boating scene. 

Don’t Miss: Revel in the many culinary experiences — from laid-back seafood shacks and upscale waterfront restaurants — and discover locally owned boutiques and galleries.

Villa Hemingway & Villa Javacanou | St. Barts  

The Stay: The five-bedroom, five-bathroom Villa Hemingway is a spacious outdoor oasis centered around a heated infinity pool and located within walking distance of a local beach that opens to an ecological preserve for sea turtles. The contemporary three-bedroom Villa Javacanou is nestled along the shores of Marigot Beach, with direct access to protected waters and adorned with local art.  

Known For: St. Barts is famous for its white-sand beaches, red-roofed colonial villas, and yachts-a-plenty. The single airstrip into this Caribbean gem is as renowned as the island’s rosé-all-day mantra and swanky beach clubs.

The Club Community | The Culinary Series 

“Beautiful setting, mind-blowing food and wine, and fascinating company. We loved getting to know more Members at The French Laundry event,” says Exclusive Resorts Member Jeremy Parness. This is the essence of the 2024 Culinary Series, which culminates this year with the following events: DANIEL, New York City on October 16, 2024, The French Laundry, Yountville, California on November 2, 2024, and The Surf Club, Miami on December 4, 2024.

The Travel Desk 

The new collaboration with the Global Travel Collection (GTC), powered by Internova Travel Group, enhances an Exclusive Resorts membership by leveraging the world’s largest collection of international luxury travel agencies and advisors. While Club Members utilize plan days to circumnavigate the globe, The Travel Desk can, in tandem, take them to places and create experiences outside of The Club’s core portfolio. “The sky is truly the limit in terms of what we can do,” says Rafael Grullon, GTC’s Director of Advisor Success. “From taking your kids to Disney World like a VIP to traveling on a space balloon with Space Perspectives, we curate the most bespoke experiences you can dream of.”   

The Book Club  

A new offering, The Book Club celebrates the power of the written word. It launched with The Fountains of Silence by Ruta Sepetys. The book is set in Spain during General Francisco Franco’s regime, a little-known but fascinating time in recent history. Members can dive into the selected book, embark on a literary journey with The Club Community, and join a live 'Ask The Author' Q&A.
