What has been the biggest Club value to you?
Time, for starters. Plus, the ability to know exactly what you’re getting. No matter where we’re going — be it Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Steamboat, or Vail — we know our expectations will not just be met but exceeded.
First Club experience?
Canada was our first Club vacation. And no one could have written the script better. We went with four other families. It remains one of our favorite experiences.
The best part of Exclusive Resorts?
Our Ambassador quickly learned our family’s travel personality — what we like and what we don’t. And even though she works with other families, you always feel like you’re her favorite. She’s always connecting with us and sharing ideas.
Any surprises?
You don’t hold your breath as you walk into the residence. You know it’s going to meet your expectations because there’s already an established baseline. You walk in the front door and feel, ‘This is where I belong.’
Next Club vacation?
We’re going to Croatia this summer for our daughter’s graduation present then The Abaco Club on Winding Bay in the Bahamas.
