Grand Prix, Grand Style

Inside The Club’s high-octane weekend at the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix

The skies were powder blue, the streets were buzzing, and the engines — well, they were already roaring. There are few places in the world that undergo a transformation quite like Monaco in the days leading up to its most iconic event. For our small but mighty group of Members, arrival meant stepping into the cinematic spectacle of the 83rd Monaco Grand Prix — a place where superyachts line the horizon, Lamborghinis idle at crosswalks, and the thrill of Formula 1 pulses through the air like electricity.

The long weekend began with a warm welcome (and a well-earned glass of rosé) at Blue Gin Lounge, where Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin set the tone for a few unforgettable days. Connections came easily — smiles, laughter, and the kind of conversation that skips past small talk and lands straight into friendship. Within hours, it felt like a reunion of longtime travel companions.

The next morning, under yet another sky painted in pastels, Members boarded a private tender for their first glimpse of the circuit from sea — cruising past mega-yachts and moored marvels on the way to our exclusive race-day viewing yacht. The experience? Part Grand Prix, part floating five-star hotel. As engines screamed through the legendary Le Chicane turn, our group sipped champagne, tested their reflexes on the onboard F1 simulator, and soaked up the spectacle from the best seats in the house.

That evening, the glamour dialed up a notch as we headed to COYA — one of Monaco’s hottest tables — for an evening of Peruvian flavors and perfectly chilled cocktails. Monaco may be famous for its luxury, but it’s the shared moments — a toast, a joke, a new favorite dish — that elevated the experience.

By race day, the buzz had built to a crescendo. Monaco was electric. With new pit stop rules in play and local hero Charles Leclerc hungry for a win, anticipation ran high. But it was Lando Norris who ultimately stole the show, edging out Ferrari in a nail-biting finish that had us on our feet.

Just before the race, Members were treated to a surprise: an intimate Louis XIII tasting aboard the yacht, led by an expert who shared the astonishing journey of each bottle — from 150 years of barrel aging to the handcrafted crystal glass etched with a sunflower at the base. It was an elegant reminder: in Monaco, even the details come with a story.

As the sun dipped behind the Riviera, our group gathered for a final toast — which turned into a nightcap, and then another. What lingers from our time together isn’t just the roar of engines or the sparkle of Monte Carlo, but the community that formed over four perfect days. The laughter. The connection. The sense that this wasn’t just another trip — it was something special.

Until next year, Monaco.
