The Marketing Operations Specialist will be a key player on the marketing team. You’ll assist with various marketing operations projects related to our CRM system and marketing automation tools. Including developing and executing email marketing campaign programs, managing target lists, and reporting on campaign analytics. 

This individual will also be responsible for owning the inbound data quality for the marketing team. They will own the processes, quality and flow of data between our marketing systems and into our instance.


  • Assist with projects in our marketing automation system, Pardot, including but not limited to form creation and updates, email list builds and email sending, and data cleanup.
  • Support the day-to-day management of our marketing operations within Pardot, as well as across other core marketing technologies
  • Create, deploy, and monitor automated marketing programs using Pardot
  • Support building emails, validating functionality and rendering across devices and email clients, proactively applying email best practices and making suggestions to improve communications
  • Assist with the development and creation of HTML email templates
  • Monitor ongoing email performance and deliverability
  • Create tracking campaigns that support the measurement of demand gen efforts
  • Assist with the implementation of all ad operations requirements including tracking, tagging, and ensuring seamless integration across pixels and platforms
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integrations between marketing technologies
  • Contribute to marketing campaign performance measurement
  • Assist with data exports and reporting requests

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing operations or marketing program management
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardo and/or Exact Target
  • Working knowledge of Marketing business operations

Personal and Professional Qualities:

  • Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Salesforce, Pardot, Stensul, FullStory, and Google Analytics,  a  plus
