JOB DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator, Revenue & Inventory Optimization will be responsible for carrying out the Club’s efforts to maximize Members’ usage of their Memberships, increasing portfolio occupancy and efficiency. You will constantly be reviewing calendars and analytical dashboards to find areas of opportunity for our Members, support and help drive all property releases, and work cross-functionally across departments to achieve asset utilization and revenue management goals. You will keep track of Member exceptions made by service teams, including cancellations and overage bookings, providing monthly reporting and analytics to the management.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supporting all strategic initiatives focused on maximizing availability for Club Members

Continuous review of booking calendars to draw insights and gauge where Club can improve occupancy, including:

  • Opportunities to create continuous stays
  • Opportunities to extend existing reservations into longer stays
  • Highlighting key openings to Member Services and Marketing

Own entry and ongoing management of Maintenance Blocks across all destinations, including:

  • Reviewing maintenance blocks to ensure work scheduled is necessary and during off-peak times
  • Opportunities to adjust maintenance blocks to open up days for member reservations

Assist with property releases, including:

  • Building property/calendars in Admin Tool
  • Pre-Book request fulfillment
  • Coordination with Marketing on Member communication
  • Management of Two-Year Roll-ins

Manage Business Use process for internal inventory needs

Manage Owner’s Use accounts for property owners who have membership days with Club

Track and report on Member exceptions

Monitor overage reports and work with Ambassadors to ensure membership usage is within guidelines

Support VP of Membership Revenue and Inventory Optimization in developing and executing initiatives related to streamlining how the Club allocates its inventory to the Membership

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Experience working with inventory optimization while understanding efficiency with asset management
  • Requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to give strict attention to accuracy and detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate the learning from various stakeholders in the organization
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing as necessary
  • A track record of a successful implementation of a process from start to finish
  • Must have the ability to serve as a liaison between several departments, namely Member Services, Resort Operations, Engineering, Sales & Marketing
  • Must function in a multi-tasking environment with the ability to talk, analyze, problem-solve, navigate computer screens and deliver product/service information
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have a friendly and professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong Excel user with overall experience with other Microsoft Office products preferred (Power Point, Outlook, Power BI, etc). SalesForce experience is a plus.
  • Must be friendly, gracious, informative and provide anticipatory service while achieving desired performance.
